Most financial aid and scholarships, including HOPE, Pell Grant, and Zell Miller, are applicable to GT study abroad programs.  For details on how aid applies for summer program, please visit Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. Visit the Office of International Education for study abroad scholarship information. 

Program Charge:

The 2025 program charge is $7,900.

 The program charge covers such expenses as housing, field trips, ground transportation, campus facilities usage, airfare from Dublin to Istanbul, and health insurance. Airfare from USA to Dublin and from Istanbul to USA as well as GT tuition are not included in the program charge; nor are expenses for food and personal travel.  Program charges are payable through OSCAR.

*Georgia Tech reserves the right to alter the program cost due to currency devaluation or other unforeseen circumstances.

Airfare:

 Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to the start and from the end of the program.  Airfare usually runs from $1,500 to $2,500. 

The airfare from Dublin to Istanbul is included in the program charge.

Tuition:

All students pay in-state tuition (see Bursar for rates).  All students are required to pay the GT technology fee and the USG institutional fee. Tuition is due to the Bursar’s Office, per their deadlines. 

Program Cancellation Policy:

Withdrawals requested after February 14, 2025 and on/before March 1, 2025 will be eligible to receive up to 60% refund of the program fees paid or due up to that date (not including non-refundable deposit). After March 1, 2025, there will be no refund and you will be responsible for 100% of the program fee associated with the GT ISYE Summer Program in Europe (except for tuition, which is refundable as specified in the Summer OSCAR). Students who are dropped from the program due to academic or disciplinary probation will also be responsible for programs fee payments based on this withdrawal/refund policy.
